Infinity Park at MIPIM

The four day international property event, MIPIM, is currently taking place in Cannes and Team Derby are flying the flag for our city. This year there is a particular focus on Infinity Park Derby, an exciting new development to the south of the city, that we have been lucky enough to be involved in.

Infinity Park Derby is a collaboration between Derby City Council, the Harpur Crewe Estate, Rolls-Royce and developers Cedar House, Wilson Bowden and Peveril Securities.

The Park, based on 100 acres of prime land to the south of the city is adjacent to the world headquarters of Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace, and has been designed to become a showcase for the best engineering talent that the UK has to offer the world.

At the heart of Infinity Park Derby is the ihub, an £11.8m ‘Centre for Supply Chain Innovation in Transport Engineering’, due to open its doors in the next few weeks.

Our role

The task of promoting the development to a regional, national and international audience is a challenge that we relish. Naturally this involves the more traditional items, such as the much-publicised development brochure.

Derby has always been a place of innovation, it is literally in its DNA – from the jet engine to fine bone china, from the electric lawn mower to Lara Croft.

However, digital marketing also plays a key role in spreading the word through a combination of the official website, social media profiles, animated film and drone footage.

After all, Derby has always been a place of innovation, it is literally in its DNA  – from the jet engine to fine bone china, from the electric lawn mower to Lara Croft.

The people of Derby have invented and refined products that continue to make a telling contribution across the world today. Just like the highly-skilled and talented people that live and work in this region, the ambition for all those involved with Infinity Park Derby is that it will give companies the freedom, inspiration and expertise to thrive.

Even the brochure that promotes the development required something a little bit different. Here, we adapted a traditional aerial photograph to incorporate 3D CGI images in order to help visualise what phase one of IPD would look like when complete.

We are also involved in devising and delivering signage and social space to help give Infinity Park Derby some personality. Working closely with Derbyshire-based manufacturers, we are also very much involved in the creation of wayfinding and street art across the development.

David Leatt, Managing Director of Three Sixty Media Group commented,

"Team Derby are once again the stars of MIPIM and for the Infinity Park marketing collateral to play a supporting role makes everyone at Three Sixty Media proud to be involved. Infinity Park Derby is a hugely important development for the City, designed to become a showcase for the best engineering talent that the UK has to offer the world, we look forward to playing our part as the project makes progress."
