The Grand Tour
Illustration, animation and advertising

Taking its name from the formative cultural experience of 18th century gentlemen, this modern day version of The Grand Tour sought some innovative marketing to introduce potential visitors to some of the hidden treasures of Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire including Chatsworth, Welbeck, Derby Museum, Nottingham Contemporary and the Peak District.

The brief was to create an illustrative style that would not only work as an animation but in national press advertising. The short film, which was sequenced to music, had a narrative that was written, illustrated and animated by Three Sixty.
