Marketing campaigns

Following a successful initial pitch we went on to create, produce and deliver a series of marketing campaigns that spanned a five-year period. Each season our challenge was to increase season ticket sales, merchandise revenue and fan engagement by not only producing an engaging and dynamic message but also the design, print, production and ultimate fulfilment of all marketing collateral.

In addition, we created online, digital and video content across a range of commercial and fan-centric activities, working closely with the coaching, playing and commercial staff, delivering increased numbers year-on-year.

As a direct result of their work, Boro is now a leading light in terms of fan engagement, with bespoke communication to different supporter types. The introduction of a more ‘unifying’ language (both verbally and visually) has helped energise a fan base, improve press and stakeholder relations and put Boro back at the heart of the community.
